MANCO Newsletter – Spring 2025
Dear Residents and Neighbours
Welcome to the latest Newsletter from your Club Management and Social teams:
80th VE Day Celebration
Over 50 residents and friends took part in last Monday’s VE Day celebrations organised by our very active “Social groups” who have arranged a variety of events over the past year aimed at all sections of our community young and mature. They include:
In addition, there are several Partner associations who use the facilities of the club such as the U3A’s group which welcome residents and also FREE live entertainment is regularly arranged on Saturday evenings in the main lounge.
Maintaining regular contact within our community via hard copy Newsletters is important however we recognise that there are many other platforms to communicate forthcoming events and opportunities via social media and electronic communication (emails etc).
Speaking with some of our newer neighbours who have recently joined us we were asked how they could better access information on what is offered at the club.
We have recently taken control of our Web Site which has moved to a new more adaptable server, and it is intended to develop a dynamic site rather than a static model in the near future.
We do however have the facility to load new information onto the existing site in the short term which we will start immediately and therefore you will be able to access this on www.ladybridgepark.co.uk.
We already have a direct email facility and approximately 50% of our community have signed up to receive regular updates which will be used not only to communicate forthcoming events but also important information for residents.
If you wish to be added to the mailing list, then you can contact the office by email and the team would be pleased to add your address to the system.
